At Epiphany Movement Center, we keep our studio and specialty classes small to ensure personalized attention and a supportive environment. Each 50-minute session is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and deepen your practice at the level that’s right for you. From beginners learning the fundamentals to advanced movers seeking a challenge, our progressive class levels meet you where you are and guide you toward your goals.

Level I - A fun and engaging class designed for beginners that provides an introduction to the fundamental repertoire.

Level I/II - A progressive class that bridges the fundamentals with more challenging repertoire, ideal for beginners ready to advance and intermediate clients looking to refine their foundation.

Level II - An intense and challenging class designed for advanced beginners and intermediate level clients.

Level III - An advanced, fast-moving class based on the intermediate and advanced exercises from the repertoire, designed for experienced clients ready to push their practice further.
