STUDIO OWNER/LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Eurona E. Tilley, NCPT
Eurona brings more than two decades of experience in Pilates and mindful movement to her role as owner and lead instructor at Epiphany Movement Center. She discovered Pilates in December 2005 at the Tamara Di Tella Pilates Studio in Asuncion, Paraguay, and quickly realized it was the total-body conditioning program she had been searching for in her wellness journey. Pilates not only helped her regain strength and flexibility but also deepened her connection between mind, body, and spirit — an epiphany that inspired her whole-body approach to health and wellness.
In 2020, Eurona began exploring the GYROTONIC® Method, incorporating it alongside Pilates in her personal wellness journey. The combination has left her feeling more open, energized, refreshed, and aligned.
Today, Eurona helps others achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals through mindful movement. She believes that Pilates and the GYROTONIC® Method are for everyone, and she strives to make each session inviting and accessible while introducing progressively challenging and engaging exercises.
Voted Best Pilates Instructor in Fairfax, Eurona is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) with comprehensive training through BASI Pilates® and classical training through Power Pilates. She is a certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer, as well as a certified Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates Specialist through The Center for Women’s Fitness. Eurona holds a BS in Chemistry from Spelman College, a BS in Materials Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MS in Microbiology & Immunology from Georgetown University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Harrisburg University.

Natasha Cosme
Natasha comes to Pilates with a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective shaped by a career in engineering and the experience of raising three children. She discovered Pilates as a way to restore balance, rebuild strength, and reconnect with movement during a busy season of life, and it quickly became an essential practice for both body and mind.
During her empty-nest transition, Natasha felt called to deepen her relationship with the method and began her BASI Comprehensive Pilates training. Her teaching is rooted in strong foundations, smart progressions, and intentional movement, with an emphasis on control, alignment, and efficiency. Natasha is passionate about helping clients feel confident and capable in their bodies, meeting each person where they are and guiding them forward with clarity and care.
Her classes are supportive, detail-oriented, and accessible, creating space for clients to move well, build strength sustainably, and leave feeling grounded, energized, and at ease.
Yoon Sun Kwon
Yoon’s passion for movement began early through a lifetime of athletics and competitive running. Her experiences as an athlete fostered a deep appreciation for the body’s remarkable ability to adapt, grow stronger, and move with efficiency and purpose.
Seeking a more holistic approach to movement, Yoon explored Pilates and yoga before discovering the GYROTONIC® Method. She was immediately inspired by its emphasis on fluid, three-dimensional movement and the interconnectedness of the entire body. The method’s unique ability to build strength, increase mobility, and promote freedom of movement led her to pursue instructor certification.
Yoon brings an approachable, encouraging, and thoughtful style to every session. She is passionate about helping clients improve body awareness, build resilience, and experience the joy of purposeful movement. She is excited to share the transformative benefits of the GYROTONIC® Method while supporting each client’s journey toward greater health, longevity, and confidence in movement.

In 2016, David discovered Pilates and was immediately drawn to the flow and precision of the method. He went on to complete his training with BASI Pilates and has been sharing his passion for mindful movement ever since.
