We are thrilled to share some exciting news: Epiphany Movement Center has been voted Best Pilates Studio in the 2026 Washington Parent Picks!

This recognition means so much to us because it comes directly from the families and communities we are privileged to serve throughout Northern Virginia and the entire DMV area.

Since opening our doors in 2014, our mission has remained simple: to help people move with greater ease, confidence, and intention. At Epiphany, we believe that pain-free, fluid movement is essential to finding peace in your body and joy in your life—and every class, private session, and connection with our community is an opportunity to bring that philosophy to life.

Supporting Movement Through Every Chapter

Our commitment to our community extends to supporting women through one of life’s most transformative journeys: pregnancy and postpartum. Our Prenatal and Postnatal Program is thoughtfully designed to help expectant and new mothers stay connected to their bodies, build strength, support healthy movement patterns, and safely reconnect with movement after childbirth.

We are especially proud to offer programming that recognizes that every body— and every pregnancy and postpartum experience — is different. It is our privilege to create a supportive environment where women can feel strong, capable, and cared for as their bodies change and evolve.

In many ways, this is at the heart of what the Washington Parent Picks honor represents to us — being a place where families can move, connect, and feel supported.
